Within our conference, we would like to extend a special invitation to demonstrate your work in telepresence. While the demo should fit within our conference themes (“Technological Infrastructure and Systems; Human-Computer Interaction and User Experience; Multi-Perception Integration of Data Sources; Integrative Approaches; Autonomy and Intelligent Systems”) your demonstration can incorporate innovative approaches and unique perspectives. Demonstration are especially welcome to complement paper submissions to this conference.

• Costs: For paper authors, the addition of a physical demonstration associated with their paper is encouraged and is free of charge. For people who only want to present a demo (and no paper), we charge our standard entrance fee with no additional cost for the demo.
• Dedicated space in the conference program: Within our program, we offer the following moments dedicated to the demos. A demo can be accepted for one or two days at the conference.
  • 8th of September 2025, 12:00-14:00
  • 9th of September 2025, 12:00-14:00
• Available space: For each demo, we have slots available to 2.5 by 2.5 meters. Any special requirements for the space can be provided as part of your proposal.
• Submission deadline: Deadline demo proposal: 8 August 2025 (important to note, due to limited spaces demos will be approved on a first come, first served basis!)

Please provide us with the following information within your proposal (approx. 0.5 A4):

• (If applicable) The name of the associated paper if submitted to the conference.
• A short description of your demonstration and what you plan to do.
• (If available) A video showing the demonstration.
• The technical and space requirements of your demonstration.
• The preferred date of your demonstration.
• Please indicate whether your demonstration represents commercial interests. For a commercial exhibition or other sponsoring options at the IEEE Telepresence 2025 conference, please contact Prof. Giacinto Barresi (Giacinto.Barresi@uwe.ac.uk).

As opposed to papers, demo proposals are submitted through a google form.
